Shining the spotlight on “Downtown’s largest playground”

Built in September of 2014, the Downtown Las Vegas Event Center is a 85,000 sq ft concert venue that hosts a diverse range of events from music festivals to viewing parties to concerts of all genres.


GOAL

To be the ultimate outdoor music, arts, and sports venue and continuously grow as the prime entertainment destination while contributing to the growth of the downtown community – to be, as their motto, “Downtown’s largest playground”.


CHALLENGE

Located just north of the strip, DLVEC competes with long-established venues such as The Colosseum, Grand Garden Arena, The House of Blues, to the revamped Park Theater, and the new, intimate, yet hip Brooklyn Bowl.

DLVEC being a smaller, off-the-strip venue with events that collides with other events on the strip, it strove to bring awareness and essentially increase ticket sales.


SOLUTION

Develop and execute Facebook Advertising and paid search (Google Ads) campaign builds of different tiers of awareness targeting specific locations and demographic. In addition, running contests and remarketing campaigns to dial in on reaching in-market and aware audiences.
